Healthcare systems across the world emphasize the importance of access, revenue, cost, efficiency, and clinical performance. It dominates among experts as keys for tomorrow’s management and systems. What does it take to become a positive deviance among systems in Sweden? The session will cover three perspectives of care governance, process reengineering and Quality Improvement and illustrate how the 3 Health Care systems achieved top results by working together in Integrated care, Clinical process improvement, TeleHealth, Electronic Medical records and Benchmarking.
We’ll also hear about Sweden’s joint roadmap and vision to reform health care towards local care. Approximately 60 strategic leaders participated from county councils and local authorities, like directors of primary care, social care, hospitals, management, improvement and HR-managers. The program created a safe, curious and learning environment to get insights and to think new thoughts together and build knowledge and skills to lead the transformation.
