I would like a refund for the International Forum Asia 2021
Please send your refund request to email@example.com. We will endeavour to refund all paid delegates within one month (on or before Friday 24 September).
I have purchased a ticket for either the Europe, Australasia and Asia International Forums or Australasia and Asia International Forums, how do I get a refund?
You will be refunded for the International Forum Asia 2021 portion of your bundle ticket price.
If you have paid by card, our customer service team will arrange for your refund to be credited back on to the card that you made payment with.
If you have paid by invoice, our customer service team will be in touch with you directly to confirm the correct bank details for your refund.

Will there be any other events in the Asia region?
We are working on alternative programmes to replace the cancelled International Forum Asia 2021 and offer you a chance to further sample the International Forum content. We will share further details in the next few weeks.

Our Call for ePosters for the upcoming International Forum in Gothenburg on 30 March – 1 April 2022 is currently open and you can submit here. We are hopeful that we will be able to offer an International Forum in the Asia region in 2022, and we will keep you updated on our plans and opportunities to submit later this year.
