She has led national initiatives on hospital-wide patient flow and regularly provides training\u2014both internally and externally\u2014for healthcare professionals and their managers on topics such as flow optimization, reliable design, improvement methodologies, and cost reduction.<\/p><br><p>Marije was trained by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) to implement the Real Time Demand and Capacity (RTDC) methodology in hospitals, both nationally and internationally.
