As chief of centre of learning and innovation, Qulturum, he was leading work within the areas of quality, leadership and management development for the employees in the County and also for health care on a regional and national level. G\u00f6ran has nearly forty years\u2019 experience of management in the Swedish Health Care system. Region J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping are ranked among the best in Swedish care with regards to citizen satisfaction, access, clinical performance, safety and costs.
