Rachel brings enthusiasm and drive for improving outcomes and tackling inequalities to all her project work. She has a particular interest in supporting integration between public sector partners and in applying co-production and community power approaches to transform health and care.

She has a breadth of experience in health and social care transformation. Project highlights include:

• Managing organisational development and change programmes to establish two place-based partnerships, including their aligned partnership work with local communities

• Co-designing a transformation programme for a city council focused on a triple aim of financial sustainability, improved outcomes and stronger local collaboration

• Leading an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine rollout for a London borough, informed by lived experience from diverse communities

Outside of the office, Rachel can be found somewhere cosy with a book in hand, ideally also surrounded by cats and tea.
