Patricia Bradd

Patricia (Trish) Bradd is the Director Patient Safety at the Clinical Excellence Commission, a statewide leadership and strategic role that has oversight for patient safety and clinical governance across the NSW Health system. With expertise in governance, safety, leadership and improvement science, Trish has over 35 years of experience as a clinician, manager and leader in the public healthcare sector. She has tertiary qualifications in speech pathology, leadership and management and was made a Life Member of Speech Pathology Australia in 2024. An Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, Trish was awarded the UTS Faculty of Health Alumni Award for Excellence in 2024.
