Greg Young is a published author on the impact that leadership has on organizational climate and culture, and the behaviours necessary for transformation in a context of complexity and uncertainty. As CEO and co-founder of LeaderShape Global, his experience and insights have been formed across multiple countries and cultures, including his role as Senior Consultant to the Healthcare Leadership Academy, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia focusing on healthcare transformation. An experienced coach/mentor at Managing Director and Board level, Greg studied at the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. He is a committee member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a member of the South East Leadership Academy.
