Step into a dynamic learning experience designed to ignite your passion for progress! This session will introduce Quality Improvement (QI), including the three key questions of the Model for Improvement and how to use rapid-cycle testing to drive sustainable improvement. Key topics include aim statements, the three types of measures, and ways to generate impactful change ideas. Session facilitators will help to equip you with the mindset and methods to make meaningful improvement and share stories of successful projects to inspire you to jump start your own quality improvement project.
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Define quality improvement and explain its importance across various industries and organizational settings.
- Identify common challenges in service delivery or processes that can benefit from QI initiatives.
- Describe key QI methodologies such as Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, measurement for improvement, process mapping.
