But how do you create an environment that fosters that creativity and, dare we say it, fun? In this highly interactive session, we\u2019ll hear from presenters who are creating the conditions in which people have the autonomy and tools to challenge the status quo in quality improvement. First, we will learn about the leadership practices that contribute to a culture of learning and foster joy in work. Second, we will explore the behaviours of successful entrepreneurs and learn how they can be applied in a health care setting.
